Nos adentramos into the woods gracias a esta monada de colección hecha con arbolitos en miniatura, que imitan la variedad de esencias, colores y formas de los bosques.
Inspired by summer strolls, autumn walks and the ever-changing colors, scents and forms of nature, Kokili Projectshave condensed the experience of nature into a forest of storage containers. Entitled ‘Tree Story’, a mismatch of glass jars in varied shapes and sizes hold the most commonly used herbs and spices. The studio explains that designs look to imbue the familiar with the unknown and the highly functional with the seemingly useless.
A partir de bellísimos objetos decorativos, la marca Kókili se dedica a recrear experiencias muy vividas y llenas de optimismo. Con Tree Story, nos ofrece un dispensador de deliciosas esencias, que es a su vez un objeto de colección exquisito, todo en uno. Con un diseño que permite desprender su aroma de forma gradual, estos árboles enanos imitan los olores salvajes y puros de las especias, plantas y hierbas más comunes del mundo forestal.
With ‘Tree Story’ Kokili Projects build upon the experience of the outdoors, with each container reminiscent of a tree, as herbs and spices fall like leaves when shaking the glass dome. An opening atop of the jar offers a unique combination of aromas, they believe good design is not only visual but can stimulate the five senses we naturally possess and are gifted with – touch, smell, taste, visual and hearing.
The collection sits elegantly on a brass tray with a polished nickel finish, which reflects the image of a pond. With ‘Tree Story’ Kokili Projects invites the outdoors into the home — the transparent shell means your ‘Tree Story’ can, too, echo the alternating colors and textures of the seasons.
Presumiendo de exquisitez minimalista y de tener un acabado la mar de purista, estos originales arbolitos de madera y cristal contienen fragancias únicas en su interior. Cada diseño nos encandila a su manera. Los unos evocan a plantas o flores silvestres, los otros nos hacen respirar las distintas estaciones del año: el abrazo desértico del verano, la opacidad de los inviernos, los dorados y rojos del otoño o la estridencia de la primavera.
La colección ha sido enteramente creada por So Jung Lee y Gregory Walker, dos arquitectos y diseñadores de gran talento que en cada proyecto de Kókili aportan su integridad, el optimismo de los que están hambrientos de nuevos descubrimientos y el rabioso aire de las novedades.

They recently designed a collection of six beautiful jars called Tree Story. In the shape of small trees, where the tree crown is made of glass in various shapes and the tree is made of wood.
Inspired by their long stroll through the woods when summer fades into fall. They absorbed the variety of scents, colors, shapes, and watching the leaves gently falling provided inspiration to their design. Sitting together on a table, their little forest delightfully holds the most commonly used herbs and spices.
