El cansancio, la edad o la falta de vitaminas son algunas de las causas que pueden potenciar la aparición de las temidas ojeras. Aunque pasar por el quirófano puede ser una buena opción, lo último en soluciones estéticas se centra en conseguir eliminarlas con otros tratamientos alternativos de forma segura y duradera. Os presentamos algunos de ellos y también, algunos cosméticos ideales para combatirlas.

Although going under the knife can be a good option, the latest in aesthetic solutions focuses on eliminating them with other alternative treatments in a safe and lasting way. Las ojeras son coloraciones grisáceas o moradas con una apariencia muy antiestética. Aparecen en el párpado inferior del ojo ya que la piel de ese lugar es tan fina que incluso las venas se transparentan. Se trata de una disposición morfológica especial que, sumada a una piel tan fina (casi transparente), deja ver la acumulación de sangre, oscureciendo la zona: “En ocasiones, pueden ser permanentes o estar causadas por motivos como el cansancio o la falta de sueño, si bien también interviene la genética, el estilo de vida (sobre todo estrés, una mala dieta, abuso del tabaco) o diferentes condiciones médicas como alergias, eczema, anemia, hipotiroidismo, desequilibrio hormonal o la tan temida retención de líquidos” – apunta Esperanza Sáenz, responsable de imagen de la firma sevillana Nezeni Cosmetics.
El envejecimiento también tiene un fuerte impacto en la aparición de las ojeras, con perdidas de colágeno y elasticidad o disminución de la circulación en la zona, algo que no se puede revertir pero sí atenuar mediante algunos cosméticos como son los contornos de ojos. La deshidratación y factores ambientales como una exposición prolongada al sol, el polvo, el polen o altos niveles de contaminación, figuran igualmente entre las principales razones para la aparición de ojeras.
Dark circles under the eyes are grayish or purplish colorations with a very unsightly appearance. Aging also has a strong impact on the appearance of dark circles under the eyes, with loss of collagen and elasticity or decreased circulation in the area, something that cannot be reversed but can be mitigated by some cosmetics such as eye contours. Dehydration and environmental factors such as prolonged exposure to the sun, dust, pollen or high levels of pollution are also among the main reasons for the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
Tres soluciones contra las ojeras
Ácido hialurónico: Bien aplicado en la zona de la ojera, permite recuperar el volumen perdido, rellenándola para igualar y proyectar la zona cuando tenemos una depresión muy marcada. Consiste en aplicar un relleno de ácido hialurónico en la zona. El hundimiento que suele tener cabida en el contorno del ojo desaparecerá al ser rellenado con esta sustancia natural. De igual forma, se induce a que el organismo segregue más colágeno para que la densidad de los tejidos mejore, cubriendo de manera efectiva los vasos sanguíneos que discurren por la zona para matizar su oscuridad en aquellos pacientes de piel fina.
