Hace no mucho tiempo pensaba que celebrar San Valentín era una idea absurda, consumista, un invento de las marcas para hacernos comprar cosas que no necesitamos. En parte es verdad pero ahora celebro que haya al menos un día al año que nos recuerde la importancia de decir TE QUIERO a los que amamos de forma incondicional. Si estás enamorado, o lo has estado alguna vez, estarás de acuerdo conmigo en que sólo piensas en la felicidad de la otra persona y no imaginas tu vida sin él o sin ella.
Por eso celebro el que a alguien, me da igual quién, se le haya ocurrido la maravillosa idea de institucionalizar un día al año como EL DIA DE LOS ENAMORADOS.
Así que no seas tímido, dile a quién amas que es la persona más importante del planeta tierra y dale las gracias por entenderte, por comprenderte y por andar los caminos de la vida contigo.
Ah, una cosa más y si se lo dices los 364 días restantes mejor que mejor
Not long ago I thought that Valentine´s Day was an absurd and consumer idea, a brand invention to make us buy things that we do not need. In part it is true but now I am glad that there is at least one day a year to remind us the importance to say I love you to those who love you unconditionally.
If you are in love, or if you have ever been, you will agree with me that you only think in the happiness of the other person and not imagine your life without him or her. So that’s why I celebrate that someone ( no matter who) had the wonderful idea of institutionalizing a day per year AS THE DAY OF LOVERS.
So do not be shy and tell the one you love that HE/SHE is the most important person of the whole planet Earth and say thanks for the understanding and for walking the paths of life with you.
Ah, one more thing and if you say so the 364 remaining days better than best.
