No sé que tienen los posters de las pelis de ciencia ficción los 70 que vistas ahora, con el paso de los años, parecen muchísimo más antiguas de lo que realmente son. Puede que sea la estética de la época que lo concierte casi todo en “super kitsch” y tienen ese “je ne se quoi" que hace que no puedas dejar de mirarlos sin que se te caiga la baba.
Seguro que muchos de vosotros recordáis las paredes de vuestros cuartos, o las de vuestros hermanos mayores, empapeladas con miles de pósters que hacían que aquellos dormitorios de los 80 parecieran auténticos santuarios en los que se celebraban cultos privados al frikismo. Para los nostálgicos aquí os dejo unos cuantos.

I do not know what do posters of the 70s science fiction movies have that actually seem a lot older than they really are. It may be the atmosphere of that time but almost everything look “very tacky" and have that "je ne se quoi" that makes you can not stop looking at them without drooling
Surely many of you remember the walls of your rooms, or your older brothers, papered with thousands of posters that made those 80's bedrooms look like sanctuaries in which private cults were held to freak. For the nostalgic ones I leave you here a few.

Bromas aparte, el género de ciencia ficción de los 70 sentó los precedentes de muchas de las películas y las series que vemos en la actualidad. Sin duda estimuló nuestras tiernas mentes, desarrolló nuestra imaginación y son un buen puñado de cintas que, hoy en día, son consideradas de culto y han dado lugar a algunas de las sagas más potentes del cine contemporáneo.
El género alcanzó tanta popularidad que hasta James Bond sucumbió y tuvo su propio viaje intergaláctico durante los 70.
Joking apart, 70s science fiction movies set the precedents of many of the films and series we see today. No doubt they stimulated our tender minds, developed our imagination and are a handful of tapes that, today, are considered cult and have developed into some of the most powerful sagas of contemporary cinema.
It became so popular that even James Bond succumbed and had his own intergalactic journey during the 70s.

Coincidiréis conmigo en que todas estas películas, a pesar de ser de ciencia ficción, parecían más reales que la vida misma. Es verdad que algunos carteles no las engrandecen mucho pero las dan un toque retro que las hace entrañables de recordar.
Son las últimas que el cine de la gran pantalla lució por todo lo alto. Luego vendrían los video clubs, el DVD, las pantallas LED, el PhotoShop, la crisis del cine...en fin; admirar estos carteles que ya nunca se van a volver a repetir.
You will agree with me that all these films, despite being science fiction, seemed more real than life itself. It is true that some posters do not magnify them much but they give them a retro touch that makes them endearing to remember. They are the last ones that the cinema of the big screen shone in style at theaters.
Later it came the video clubs, the DVDs, the LED screens, the PhotoShop, the film crisis ... oh well, admire these posters because they will never get back again.
