Ultimamente he estado muy al loro en lo que se refiere a relojes y he descubierto estas marcas. No son muy conocidas en España pero me llamaron la atención por sus diseños, su tecnología y , atención, porque no pesan casi nada ( detalle para mi fundamental) Ya me contareis si os gustan o no.
For the watch enthusiasts amongst you, it brings me great pleasure to introduce some brands that have been on my radar for the last couple of months, and have been tipped to create some big waves within the industry.
In no particular order I present the top 5 watch brands you should know.
HERITOR
"Heritor" significa heredero en español y como bien indica es el típico reloj que pasa de generación a generación por su espíritu clásico . No os miento, es caro; pero es de esos relojes en los que merece la pena invertir de cara al futuro. En el momento en el que los vi me enamoraron. Poseen elegancia gracias a los diales analógicos emparejados con la esfera de zafiro revestido . La correa es de cuero genuino lo que le da un aire vintage inconfundible. También es un nuevo clásico la colección OLDS HR3204 , me llamó la atenciónel anillo de plata que rodea la esfera, el dial analogico y los números en blanco. La correa de piel de camello le completa el aire de nuevo retro.
The Heritor like its namesake has a wide demographic and can be worn by any generation. The strength and depth of the Heritor collections offers versatility. Personal favourites of mine include the Thomson HR1102. It spoke to me when I clicked on the site. It oozes elegance thanks to the unpolluted analogue dials matched with the sapphire coated mineral crystal. Paired with the genuine leather crocodile embossed strap makes this a sophisticated and striking watch that will turn a head or two. Or for that vintage feel, the OLDS HR3204 also caught my eye. The brushed stainless steel silver circle case frames the black analogue dial and pronounced white numbers beautifully. The camel leather band is the finishing touch for that classic authentic retro aesthetic.
MATTHEW HILTON
Matthew Hilton es una marca inglesa de muebles muy conocida en ese país famosa por sus diseños acogedores ( ya os hablaré de ella en otro post más adelante ahora me voy a centrar en el reloj).
Hace un par de años sacaron este complemento en edición única para ver qué pasaba y resultó ser todo un éxito.
Me gusta porque en su aparente simpleza está justamente su sofisticación.

EARTH
De toda la lista estos son mis preferidos. Los relojes Earth poseen diseños naturales, límpios y no creo que sean sólo para los Eco-friendly ( como ya sabéis detesto las etiquetas)
Tienen una gran variedad de diseños. Algunos tienen los mapas de la Tierra Media de la Trilogía de El Señor de los Anillos, otros continentes terrícolas y también los puedes comprar con la superficie de otros planetas de nuestro sistema solar ( divertido ¿ a qué sí?
Os recomiendo también la colección INDIOS-EW230 hecho con madera sostenible y correa de imitación de piel
Not exclusive to vegans, Earth Watches can be worn by anyone who is Eco-conscious. Made from organic wood they can be worn by both men and women as a symbol of the preservation of earth. The brand has a plethora of styles, but I have opted to plum for the INDIOS - EW230. The sustainable zebra wood casing and bracelet has this wonderful archaic feel. Like it's from another world or pardon the pun, another time. It's affordable and will certainly compliment any casual wear.
MORPHIC
Los relojes Morphic tienen una filosofía que a mi me encanta: combinan lo antiguo con lo moderno, el presente con el futuro. Creedme cuando os digo que os recordará a algo que habreis visto ya a John Connor en las pelis de Terminator. Su colección más famosa y quizás la mas comercial ( pero igual de impactante) es la M35. Es la que veis abajo; combina acero límpio con correa de silicona negra. Un lujo para la vista, sin duda.
Morphic Watches have a philosophy of embracing the future and the present. Whilst appreciating the heritage of the chronograph, the 21st Century awaits. Immediately when you peruse the collections they have an air of something you'd see John Connor wearing in one of the Terminator films. The standout collection for me is the M35 Series with the orange analogue dial. It has a crisp aesthetic with a contrast black silicone band and stainless steel casing. A heavy duty industrial design with a youthful feel.
SHIELD
Mi último descubrimiento es esta marca americana especializada en relojes para hombres aventureros. Los Shield lo soportan todo. LOs propietarios de la compañía presumen de haberlo probado en el Everest y en lo más profundo del océano. ¿Su secreto? lleva una valvula de helio que lo soporta todo. No sé si será verdad o mentira; lo que sí es cierto es que su estética os enamorará cuando lo toquéis. Son extraplanos y no pesan casi nada!! Fantásticos!
Lastly I'd like to introduce you to Shield Watches. Designed to endure rugged abuse. The majority of diving watches reach 600 feet of resistance. Shield pushes the limits with 1640 feet, made capable by the helium release valve. The Haig collection really stood out for me. It has accurate Swiss Quartz movement and a fibre weaved leaver strap that blends the classic maritime look with a modern aesthetic.
